"We found Alficon through a couple of local references and assumed the Michelin star was earned. Indeed it is! The food is amazing and delicious. We started with the shrimp and fish ceviche, and then chose the fish of the day, a sea bass, and the goat. Both were outstanding. The shrimp and fish was sweet and fresh, with just the right mix of subtle flavors. The sea bass was in a light wine sauce with mussels. The goat was placed on a grilled eggplant and had an amazing demi glacé with a puréed eggplant."
