"I am extremely disappointed with my experience tonight at this restaurant. I placed my order through the app for a double Mcplant meal with only tomato, cheese, and lettuce on top of my bun and patties. However, when I received my order, I found that all the sauces, dill pickles, and onions were still on it despite my allergies. I removed these toppings, but to my dismay, they were still present in the burger. I am shocked and cannot believe this happened."

"We were at night and were told to wait over 40 minutes because they had some kind of system failure. When we returned and placed our order at the Drive Thru, we were the only customers. The staff lingered as if they didn't want to be there at all. We waited a long time for two Oreo Frappes, which unfortunately weren't Oreo Frappes. We politely pointed this out to the gentleman at the counter, showing him a picture of a well-made Frappe. They completely forgot to add the Oreo "

"I attended McDonald’s on Sunday the of November for breakfast with family I placed order at and was still waiting at when order arrived it was not cooked properly took back and then the replacement was cold asked to speak to manager waited and still never got to speak to them. staff were so under pressure, staff standing about not knowing what they were to do, was a total disgrace."

"I decided to use the app as usual to order from this restaurant. The drive-thru line was long, so I went inside to pick up my order. Even though there were three people ahead of me, my app order was prepared first. I was back in my car in less than 5 minutes while the other drivers had barely moved. The service was excellent."

"I paid over $18 for three cheeseburgers and two large fries, and I was asked to pull over to space #2. After waiting 15 minutes, I went inside to check on my order. The staff and manager were rude and unprofessional. After an additional 15 minutes, bringing my total wait time to 30 minutes, I finally received my order, but the burgers were cold and the fries had no salt. This place is truly the worst."
