"we visited early Friday evening to try since new owner and re named Bayleaf. It was a shame that we were only people in there because food was really tasty and cooked to our taste, chef was very keen to check what heat we wanted with the spices. We tried salmon tikka starter lovely, then had 2 different lamb main dishes which were both scrummy. Chef used to be at Park Hall Hotel, Goldthorn, Wolves we had eaten there and food was excellent there too, so it's obviously down to the chef owner. Come on Rowley people give this a try, you are missing out on great food here"
