We chose you to celebrate with you as we have always been delighted with the food, ambience and team when we have eaten with you. Christmas Day was no exception … everything was perfect. We loved the food, the atmosphere, service was excellent and not rushed and everyone was delighted with their choices. "Offer of off food shown when booking on here but apparently is only if you join their membership club no mention of that! To be honest we weren’t too bothered about that BUT it was the last straw on the night. We booked for they continually poured our wine (even when we’d just topped up ourselves) so that we were completely done by There was a singer in which made it very noisy too. Not for us."

"I am a regular customer at this restaurant and have always enjoyed their beers. However, on my last visit, I was disappointed by the poor quality of both the food and service, despite the fact that it wasn't very busy. I will still return as usual, but I will be avoiding certain items on the menu. This place has now become hit or miss for me, which is concerning as I have been a loyal customer for years. Despite this, I can always count on their beer to be consistently good."

"The service was a bit slow; it felt like they were short-staffed. The food was good, but it took a total of 2.5 hours for our meal to arrive, which seems like a long time. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the evening. We initially tried to grab a drink at the connected bar, 53° North, but after waiting too long to be served, we decided to go to a bar across the street instead. We've had better experiences at this restaurant and bar in the past, so to be honest, this visit was a bit underwhelming. Next time, we might try somewhere else."

"My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, thanks to the lovely waitress named Olesia. I was fascinated by the flowers in the Greek mountain teapot, and she made extra effort to find these tea flowers for me and even gave me some to take home. While I asked other waiters and waitresses about the flowers in the tea, Olesia was the only one who paid attention and provided exceptional customer service based on my interest. The food was deliciously prepared, and I highly recommend trying the taramasalata here as well!"

"Fratelli is by far the best Italian restaurant in the area. I was really excited to try it because there aren’t many Italian options in Woburn Sands. The food is absolutely delicious, and I've never had a bad experience there. It’s quickly become one of my favorite spots in Woburn. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They even kept my leftovers in a box in their refrigerator so I could enjoy them later while I explored Woburn Deerpark! Plus, they held onto my jacket that I accidentally left behind. Everyone is super friendly, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend Fratelli!"

"book a table for by opentable becouse ask italian online booking not working properly and not answer the phone despite rings for a few minutes we sat and then came the manager and asked the booking. he explained that ask italian no longer used opentable. that was very embarrassing. I felt we were not welcome. the man came back and asked for the booking confirmation. fortunately I printed the booking confirmation and could show him this we ordered our starter and net. Unfortunately, the starters did not arrive and one of the main things was missing. the management gave us a reasonable discount without asking, which was polite and respectful although I had given a bad evaluation, I would nevertheless return this to a unique experience, as ask italian has provided a very good service for a family-oriented base restaurant for us in the last few years. it may be due to a change in management at this particular branch. we're going back. If there is a re-creation, we will assume that there is a decline in the service that it traditionally provides and goes elsewhere."

"I've been using this Subway for years and enjoyed the food and atmosphere...it is fast food and facing a bus station. However, I have to say that the service,manners, and politeness seem to have disappeared. It's not as if the counter assistant was rushed of his feet with customers. It was seemingly all too much trouble for the staff. Additionally, sitting eating whilst listening to the assistant cough up phlegm is not conducive to a pleasant eating atmosphere. It'll be a while till I visit again."

"Poor experience from this place, both in person and through online ordering. This recent experience has prompted my review now. Placed an order through Uber Eats which Subway accepted. It then said it was on its way. 40 minutes later, this place cancels my order. If they had rejected it from the start, we could have ordered elsewhere. To save anyone else the trouble of ordering from here, go elsewhere in the first place!"

"Am sorry , but the worst meal have ever had . Started out well. Came to take our drinks order then we ordered food. Two of us ordered chicken dishes . They came mine was basically half a roast chicken , but cutting into it , was more bones than meat really dry but then some bits were raw. Sent mine back replaced with the meatballs. They came after some time then cut into them they were cold . I just sent back again. Manager came over and was very nice , offered me a free drink , but I just felt ill at this stage . Daughters dish was awful too. Really chewy awful chicken. Then just got the bill , but charged us for one dish drinks . Came to Then tried to charge us service charge ! They took it off . Never again , sorry. Just somewhere to go for drinks after work. Avoid"

"Before a concert near us, we decided to dine at a restaurant on an early Sunday evening without a reservation. We were told there was a 30-minute wait, so we ordered drinks outside. After approximately 15-20 minutes, our table was ready with our drinks waiting for us. We ordered three appetizers to share, which were delicious. Some of the dough twists were slightly overcooked, but overall, the food was amazing. My friend ordered a dessert, and the staff was attentive and efficient. The food came quickly and was extremely tasty. This was my first time dining at Bella Italia (using the Cineworld discount), and I would definitely return."

"I came here with 2 girlfriends for dinner and drinks and we left the restaurant disappointed. I grew up in Spain and know enough about Spanish Cuisine to know that the tapas were not great but I would have overlooked this if I would not have felt harassed and under time pressure. My friend, who had booked the restaurant, had not been advised that there is a strict time set per guests/table. We wanted to spend our evening in the restaurant with plenty of food and drinks however after about an hour were told we don 't have much time left. From then I actually noticed how all the other guests, when shown to their table, were immediately told: here are the menus, you have 1h30m at the table ... not very welcoming if you ask me. I understand the restaurant needs to plan for the night and given the small space needs to have more strict times but sorry, that is not enough time for a comfortable dinner. We had wine, cocktails, numerous tapas dishes per head and wanted to enjoy some dessert/coffees, etc. instead our time was up... and you know what, we won 't be coming back. Growing up in Spain, even in very touristy hot spots I have never ever experienced such pressure when enjoying dinner. I worked in restaurants myself during uni and have never seen this before."

"The ‘big bagel’ was nice enough as were the chips. Sweet friendly waitress. Please do not order the nachos-they are flavourless and in my opinion the tortilla chips a little stale. Was a little hard work trying to get someone’s attention for the bill. I think they could do with one more member of staff to keep things running more smoothly eg clearing tables, wiping down seats and supplying the bill more promptly. I voiced my opinion at the time re the nachos but was met with a vacant stare and a ‘no ones ever complained about them before ‘. They bizarrely offered to take 10% off the cost of the nachos. A more commercially savvy response would have been ‘so sorry you didn’t like the nachos Ill take them off the bill as you’ve barely touched them. Hope to see you again next time’ There’s lots of competition in the area who in my opinion offer waaay better service. I believe the owner was behind the counter at the time who took no ownership of the situation-that was a shame but hey ho that’s why some businesses succeed and others don’t stand the test of time."

"I went with friends to the pizza pizza yesterday. I was before and knew that eating was really good. once again it was quite busy, but thanks to our reservation we waited just a few minutes. the pizzas are simply beautiful and quite large, we have all taken home again. because the weeping was nothing special, it was quite expensive. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend, but make sure they reserve."
