"Not sure if this venue has changed hands but its definitely took a nose dive. Slow delivery, driver didnt have right change and we ended up out of pocket. Forgot some of our order too! Ordered a Margarita Pizza and ended up with Cheese n...bean Pizza! Why would you? It was awful. Chicken was dry and inedible. Shame as it's location is prime and very visible. Cleanliness has always been good, as is the price, but serve up poor quality food and you'll end up out of business. Not a good experience.... "As someone who loves to eat, I decided to try the takeout pizza from this restaurant one evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of £7.99 for a large pizza. The pizza was cooked quickly and perfectly, still hot when I picked it up. The only complaint I have is that it was slightly bland in flavor. However, taste is subjective so others may have a different experience. Overall, I would give it 4 stars for taste. The price of the pizza cannot be beat, so I recommend giving it a try. "My visit here was a total shambles. Before I asked to only have one waitress serving us, I ordered a drink, one waiter took the order, another delivered it and when I asked to pay the bill, another waiter appeared asking if I would like to pay the bill. When I said I had already asked for the bill, yet another waiter appeared to once again ask if I wanted to pay the bill. Please can someone get the waiters to talk to each other to avoid this constant barrage of people asking for information they already had. During this process our table host kept on coming over to ask if everything was OK, which clearly it wasn't and then didn't really listen to our answer, he just laughed. Then he kept on standing watching the football match directly in my way as if we weren't there The food was ok, ribs were poor, the salt and pepper squid had raw cayenne on the outside which was unpleasant and the chicken wings by all accounts were fine On a visit to the loo, there was no loo paper and no soap in any of the dispensers Overall the feel is that management are out of their depth and someone needs to take charge to ensure things run smoothly sooner rather than later. If you are going for a drink and to watch the sport then it could be a decent venue if they sort the leaderless waitering team out, but there are much better sports bars in London based on my recent experience."

"While the chips and crispy chicken at this restaurant were delicious, I was disappointed that they didn't have any greasy kebabs or garlic mayo. The service was a bit lacking, but the staff, especially the guy with the massive mustache, were amazing. Overall, I still enjoyed the tasty chips and would recommend this place, especially for a night out at the bar."

"beautiful little restaurant. we feel the sushi selection was somewhat poor and had strange and extremely random combinations. a simple solution. I'm trying to be quirky. Comments/Critiques: I understand that times are difficult, but it is very too expensive. £5.95 for two pieces of rice with a salmon spun top. (nigiri). cream cheese and fruit sauce should not be in any roll anywhere! crabstick. No, soft crawler, please! 6 pieces of certain rolls. should be 8. nori 90deg? katsu chicken curry was very beautiful, but the Panko coating came every single piece. the gyoza was crispy as if deep fried?! I didn't ask for a cream cheese. when the rolls came out, it was quite clear that they realized something on the then, so removed it. it was clearly visible on each piece. the unenchanted young waitress reacted with “good I asked it without cream cheese”. just let it go. I would definitely go back, but would be a menu update for sushi and change the prices as it is away from the brand."

"I placed an order through the Uber Eats app with an expected delivery time of 1 hour. However, after waiting for 2 hours and 40 minutes without any update, I called the restaurant multiple times only to receive a 'line too busy' message. When I contacted Uber for help, they cancelled the order on my behalf as they were unable to reach the restaurant either. The order finally arrived 20 minutes later, totaling 3 hours since I placed it. I chose not to accept the food, as I assumed it had likely become cold during the long wait in the delivery van. Additionally, the food was not reasonably priced for a small fast food spot. I could have easily ordered a better quality curry or Chinese meal for a similar cost. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning."

"The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I was very unhappy and will definitely not be using them again. The driver, who was the restaurant's own courier, did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell, causing my food to arrive cold and unappetizing. I was extremely disappointed and cannot stress enough to others to avoid this place, as you will likely be let down and waste your money on a poor service with no satisfaction. Please steer clear of this restaurant. I also have footage from my Ring doorbell to prove the lack of service."

"We had a wonderful evening from start to finish. We started with a cocktail which arrived quickly and very much enjoyed. We all ate different things, gnocchi squid and pigeon for starters. Generous portions, piping hot, really good. Then came steak, sole and hake. Again perfect portion size, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. Not much room for dessert, but the pannacotta was a perfect choice to slip down the sides! Delicious and light. Service was attentive and professional, the ambiance was lovely and given that it was the last service of the season the standards did not slip in any way. We look forward to dining here again next year."

"My first time there. Ordered half peri peri chicken to go with chips and drink. The chicken was literally raw under the top layer with blood oozing from it. Disgusting! I was worried I would get food poisoning as I’ve eaten some of it in the dark before tasting blood. See the pictures. Had to go back there to show them. The lady at the counter couldn’t believe it either but didn’t seem sincerely sorry, however, she half-heartedly blamed the guy at the back and offered to refund me. And immediately threw it in the bin without consulting the guy at the back of his mistake. It was late at night and opted to be given the same but making sure it’s properly grilled this time. Again, coming home, the second peri peri I got wasn’t properly grilled either and was quite ‘watery’ on the inside. I had to throw away most of it. I don’t know about their other meals but I wouldn’t recommend their peri peri chicken to anyone!"

"I was very disappointed that they got the job wrong and gave me sweet potatoes (which I couldn't eat) instead of the vegan baked rolls I was looking forward to the experiment. their Cheesy chips had a teespoon size of sprinkle rubber cheese, I had to add my own and heat them up. the same went for the pizza, very little cheese, chewing teig and very limp looking and tasting veg. they were also half an hour too late. not recommended."

"we were randomly at the sofitel london heathrow hotel and were very satisfied with the hotel accommodation and employees. due to a French flying lottery hit, we miss our connecting flight from Heathrow to dfw on British airways. ba has set us on the sofitel and it was a pleasant stay despite missing flight. hotel staff were very courteous, room was excellent, along with eating. to the breakfast we met one of the most cheerful chefs we ever have. he illuminated the place with his friendly radiance and his happiness. recommend the sofitel london heathrow hotel."
