"I waited 1.5 hours for my delivery, only to realize that I live just 5 minutes away. Everything was freezing cold, the chips were hard and inedible, and they even sent the wrong items. It was a terrible experience! I have ordered from this restaurant before and it was also disappointing, but not as bad as tonight. I am shocked at how bad it was, definitely not worth it."
