"The food is pricey but acceptable; however, the service is incredibly poor. There's a touch screen for ordering, but it hardly ever functions correctly, and there's no notice indicating that you shouldn't waste your time trying to use it. I resorted to ordering online because the line moved so slowly. Although the stated collection time was 5 minutes, I waited 25 minutes for my straightforward order, and it still wasn't ready. The staff seemed inexperienced and mostly bewildered. Overall, it was a terrible experience."
