"I have regularly used this place it was our favourite , until today when I received our order , my partner had eaten two slices of pizza when he came across a small white slightly curled what looked like beard hair (I hope it was that) phoned to be told he 's bald it 's not his hair , I have long dark hair as does my partner and he would not listen , accused me of sabotaging the pizza , I asked if he cares for his customers response was ' yes but not in these situations ' he told me , he refused to help in any way , told me he doesn 't care and I should eat the pizza , he was rude and arrogant , I have never received such bad customer service , I have pictures of the hair , obviously I did not want to eat the rest and was advised not too by just eat especially with covid if a hair can get on your pizza god know what else can ."
