"Booked a table intending to get food. When my client arrived he couldn't stay for food in the end he'd to rush off to another meeting. So we just ordered coffees. Had to flag to someone to take an order, when we did it appeared to be the concierge or the floor manager at the time. When we gave the order he responded with you booked a table for coffees It was awkward. Then at the end we asked two seperate people for the bill. Didn't order food so not sure what it's like. Who ever the floor manager in the suit was on this day, he was rude."
