"When in London for business and staying in a nearby hotel I had high expectations of Tamada. I love Georgian food and was looking forward to beautiful home cooked food. We were placed in the basement as there was a private party upstairs. All fine however no music no atmosphere, nothing. Khatchapuri was seriously good and tasted like it should be. The Tabaka chicken was tiny and not so filling. Also the purée was powder based and not good. My colleague had a veal stew which was also not wow. That with 2 beers and 2 glasses of wine set us back 75£. For a real taste of Georgia I have seen better places!"

"it was a quiet evening, so the relaxed ambiente. probably because everyone has the skin as it is new year. highlighted the from the usual choice on the menu e.g. chicken soup with Matzo balls. the food was nicely prepared and presented. it tasted as good as it looked and was satisfying. the staff was warm and polite. we ate in the bar that is a beautiful room. it was just as we noticed the crawl of dog biscuits also at the to doggy friendly, what could we ask for more?"
