"I visited Fredo's on Monday August and my experience was not as good as expected. I initially booked a table for people however I phoned later and asked if it was possible to add another person and my request was accepted.At the restaurant we were given a table for two people and added in a chair. The person serving the food was so careless that they put the food on the chair and this was absolutely ridiculous. I have a video of this. Where are we supposed to sit if the food is on the chair?Also, a large part of the food was either cold or warm. Hardly any of the food was hot. It seemed as though our food was made before we even ordered. I asked the waitress to take the burger and wings as they were cold. She then came and gave hot food. This was really not what I expected from Fredo's because friends and family recommended this restaurant and gave good feedback. Just because there was off, does this mean that the service should not be good. Please ensure this does not happen to any other customers.
