"Sunday lunch was ok but was luke warm, good quantities however and was tasty, I have had better for approx £17 for the beef roast. Service was ok considering it was not overly busy but could have been better waited a while for drinks and starters. Overall it was ok which is a shame considering the place itself is lovely and the staff also seemed nice and polite maybe a bad day"

"Lovely lunch, although it would have been nice to be told what veg we would be given, as my partner didn't like red cabbage. I did not want to say anything and embarrass anyone. My lamb was delicious and his mixed roast was good too. Service excellent. The only thing was it was quite dark in the restaurant. Think it was an old building. Will go back."
