"I ordered the duck, as well as a lazy and orange spring roll for a starter. Both were fantastic, and I loved the combination of seasoned and citrus flavors. For the main course, I had the pork chop from the specials menu, which was also very good, complemented by a delicious mixed berry cheesecake for dessert.
Unfortunately, my partner wasn’t as satisfied with her meal. She found the halloumi burger to be mediocre, and the chips were slightly undercooked. The apple crumble she ordered had more crumble than apple and also fell flat, coming across as just average.
It seemed like the waiting staff lost their energy around 8:45 PM, as their service became less attentive as the night went on. Overall, it was a tale of two dining experiences: one excellent and the other less so. The ambiance in the tent area was wonderful, but the service could have been better towards the end of our meal."
