"I placed an order through Just Eat that had some issues. When I called Scoop and Smile to inform them of the problem and inquire about placing a new order, they attempted to charge me again for the same food at a much higher price than the original order. The woman I spoke to promised to call me back with a solution but never did. Furthermore, they disconnected their phone lines so I couldn't follow up. This lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing and rude. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I give it 1 star, reluctantly."

"a beautiful place than bar. the atmosphere was very loud and energetic what I wanted when I was in a night of drinking. However, we have booked here for a meal because it is near the palasttheater and we fought to hear us. the “small plates” dishes were delicious, especially the maisfritter. the steak was disappointing, very fat and chewing. (you can't get the steak if you enjoy a good piece of meat) drink selection is great and varied, but it took about 15 minutes to get our drinks of choice. we got the food order before our drinks at our table. I'd come back in everything, but only for drinks. it is definitiw a bar instead of a restaurant. my proposal would be to have the volume of music in the restaurant area somewhat lower so that people speak without screaming. the personal was friendly and accommodating, I have no complaints against them."
