"I have just spent the best part of £25 for 3 meals and a side of chicken nuggets, for £10 of that not to arrive, what a complete waste of money, thanks very much!. I rang the restaurant and informed them im missing the main part of my meal, meaning the burger, they told me there’s nothing they can do, their drivers arnt there’s so they can’t send another driver out to me and I either have to get hold of just eat and get a refund, which is too much fuss when I’m dealing with children at dinner time and also, why do I have to be the one to rectify the problem when I’m not the one that messed up!! Or he has taken my name, so next time I visit I can get a free burger… like that’s actually going to happen. I understand people make mistakes, but surely with large orders? 3 meals isn’t difficult to get your head around. Im so annoyed, I guess the silver lining is that it was my meal they missed rather than one of my childrens. Should of stayed with McDonald’s!"
