"My wife and I had dinner at Masala Craft one evening. It is known for serving Indian street food such as pav bhaji, vada pav and samosa chaat, along with traditional curries. The restaurant's ambiance is pleasant, decorated with old Bollywood posters and Indian company logos. We ordered samosa chaat, bagan bharta, prawn madras, pilau rice, and chilli naan. The food was good overall, but the prawn madras was extremely spicy. The service was slow, likely due to the lack of staff. I would give them four stars, but due to the slow service, I can only give them three out of five. It seemed like there were not enough staff in both the front and back of house. Masala Craft should consider hiring more employees to improve the customer experience."
