"Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were not able to secure a reserved table. The manager made no efforts to address this issue and did not offer us a drink or alternative solution. It appeared that the table may have been given to racegoers instead. It is unfortunate that loyalty to local patrons is not valued over the potential of making more money from racing attendees. We were truly disappointed by this experience and it seems that there has been a change in management, which left us unimpressed."
