"Ordered on internet received at today, delivery at still waiting phoned and was told driver car had broken down would be minutes late, that was half an hour ago. Customer service doesn’t exist, tried to cancel and get my back but...he refused..........still waiting. Update phoned again was firstly told driver had left minutes ago, I told them to cancel it and refund me , he spoke to manager who said I can have a refund but had to go and collect my order!!! Driver just knocked on the door and I refused delivery. Will not use again, shame when the Sandhurst store was brilliant"
