"Delivery took well over an hour on a Monday, the pizza was stone cold and the “cheesy bites” we had paid £4 to add onto the pizza contained practically no cheese and there was very few of them, they were completely unseasoned and inedible! When we’ve ordered from reading before you get 2-3 bites per slice (and in the eat in in Bracknell) they are normally round dough with herbs, these were like empty oblong bread buns. Really horrible food, when you’re a franchise you have to keep up standards with over branches and this was laughable, wish I’d looked at the other reviews on here before ordering, never again"
