"I have eaten tonight with two other friends I met on the whw. can not flaw eating (or service) and we all thought it was excellent! I had a dish and my friends had chicken dishes which are easy to cook but were perfectly cooked and seasoned. apparently recently taken over and would highly recommend as they obviously know what they are doing!"

"we have chippys much closer to us, but we always travel these few miles extra to our favorite chippy. the staff is always friendly and welcoming eating is lavish and there is always a lot to do if they don't have their normal fish and chips. the chicken curry and chili are to die and the pig ham melt in their mouth and they even have a healthy option if they have pleasure, a jacket spud instead! awesome place recommend it"

"I have never spent my money on something where I genuinely felt that the staff laughed at me when I went home. I dont mean laugh as i left. I mean full on belly busting laughed. This meal was more grease then meat after half way through trying to eat It I started feeling alittle sicky, I then thought ill give what is left to the dog. Now to be fair to the dog he is a stray and a dog. The dog wouldn't eat it Please avoid this shop 1* is still to high"

"Might actually be the worst chippy I've ever been to. Went on my lunch break to quickly get a bite to eat. Fish was rock solid and more like jerky, as the batter was to thin and the fix overcooked. Chips were dripping in grease and the peas were just watery and tasteless. Pretty disappointed to be honest"
