"Daddy Donkey is a great place to get a quick lunch. Their burritos are really great and even though there is usually a long line to get your food, the service is quite quick, so the line actually moves quite fast. Their ingredients are great and are quite fresh and they use delicious sauces so you don't need to get anything too complicated to be happy. Their standard Daddy D Burrito is great and I especially liked it with their chicken which is marinated for hours. The only issue with Daddy Donkey is that if you have time and want to sit to eat there, there are only two tables and they are usually taken which means you can pretty much only get the food as take-away."

"Went in November to the Café. Wasn’t particularly busy, I’d guess there to be 50 people spread over about 10 tables? So why on earth we had to wait so long for anything is beyond me. It took 20, yes, 20 minutes to get the bill. A small piece of paper which details what you purchased and how much it costs. 20 minutes. The staff obviously knew their service was poor, they gave the dear lady a free Mojito which is excellent by the way. The guest IPA was Punk IPA. The menu was about 10 pages. Of which 1 page is the food, and no real direction to it what is a starter, a main, a dessert? I appreciate its Tapas but it doesn’t really explain. We had 3 plates, the Squid was beautiful. We had Pork as well as truffle enchiladas. I loved it, the wife didn’t. All in all, I wouldn’t come back unless service was drastically improved."

"rude and racist bouncers worst experience in the city ever. I visited the blues kitchen shoreditch on the 5th march 2022. I came with 9 other friends at 23 o'clock this evening with prepaid tickets. the bouncer at the door required ids, although most people in the waitsnake did not show their ids and bouncer did not get on the board. I was compliant, and I showed my ID to her colleagues. he said I should be more polite next time. I was confused and asked him when I had been rude to him, then he said, "You don't come in today." their bouncer even used his left arm to block me when I tried to talk to my friends who were already admitted. "Wouldn’t recommend going. Felt rushed through the meal and got asked to leave when I hadn’t even finished my food…. But it was a Saturday right? That makes it ok?! Confirmed the booking and let the restaurant know we were on our way from the text messages you receive. We arrived on time and still had to wait for a table, the table was part of the bar area, a very small table that didn’t even have cutlery on it. The service was horrendous. The woman who served us was rude and pretty much stroppy- you could tell she didn’t want to be there. She removed the plates before either of us finished our food, she didn’t even ask. As it was a birthday celebration she did bring some doughnuts over but said she couldn’t sing so lit the candle and walked away but said it was on the house so don’t worry… and again we hadn’t finished eating but the plate got taken away. The waitress proceeded to bring the bill and brought over the card machine before we had even looked at it. Then asked us to leave because the next booking was waiting, after making us wait for our table, barely even finishing our food and the appalling service I would not recommend going. However, the bar staff who served us our drinks whilst we waited for the table were lovely."

"So we were just outside and over notting hill, and found this amazing little Mexican place, eating was amazing, the staff are so friendly that my daughter felt so welcome and I think he was the manager so a nice guy. "Excellent, the menu is really interesting, I have no idea what I had except it was really good, a pork and cabbage soup which was exceptional. Look good tasted even better. The Cactus salad was a first for me too. That too was great. The Guava soda was good. The four of us ate very well. Service was good as the place was rammed 24hrs until Lockdown 2.0. Oh and all the anti-covid precautions were done well."
