"We are staying at the Royal Lancaster and wanted to eat after a play. It was after 10 when we arrived. There were only three other diners in the restaurant. Our food and cocktails were excellent with a very reasonable option of a three course meal. Since it was late, we ordered items off the menu. My Nicoise salad was excellent with cooked tuna. My wife had an appetizer and the baked cod. We both had wonderful desserts. The gentleman serving us put up with our mispronunciation of the French food. We had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant"

"Great food and very attentive service We were there on a Saturday night and it was very quiet just the two of us and another party of four and got in the restaurant Sat outside for our coffee and dessert which cooled us down"
