"A couple of us called in here early on a Thursday afternoon and had a really nice time. In this historic part of the city, there is a nice outside seating area which we started at. Unfortunately, the rains came and we had to go inside, but the interior of the pub is also very nice indeed. The service was great. There is an excellent selection of beers and we were struggling to choose so the barman voluntarily gave us a couple of tests which was much appreciated. Not a part of Manchester we come too often, but maybe another visit is on the cards as we really enjoyed being in among such history."

"We started off with some appetizers, including the truffle fries, which were absolutely amazing. For the main course, I had the grilled salmon salad and it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were spot on. My friends had the chicken Caesar salad and the avocado toast, both of which they raved about. The service was top-notch, our server was friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I definitely plan on going back. Highly recommend Chop'd to anyone looking for a tasty and healthy meal."
