"On Saturday 9th of Sepetember 2023 (at 3:33PM) I ordered a Salted Maple Caramel Cream Cold Brew and it was the most disgusting thing I 've ever tried. More like dirty socks fermented brew. With the price tag above £4 it 's an extorsion. The shop assistant had zero shop assistant skills, was ignorant and rude. She made me a replacement drink after I had to insist that I didn 't want another cold brew ever in my life. She didn 't prepare what I requested, ditched it without letting me know it was ready even though she knew we were waiting for it. The interior set up is worn out, tables don 't get cleared, the floor is filthy, rubbish everywhere. Staff is noisy like kids on the playground and don 't allow you to 'enjoy ' your overpriced and badly prepared drink. It 's a joke and it should be shut down due to lack of hygiene at least. But the list goes on...AVOID!!!!! Your home made Nescafe will taste like a dream after visiting this place."
