"We made a reservation on the OpenTable app, but the restaurant had no record of it when we arrived. The food was good as always, but the service suffered due to a large party booking. Our server seemed to be a family member or friend and was not very efficient in clearing tables or carrying multiple items. The staff also seemed unfamiliar with gluten-free allergies, causing us to guess which dishes were safe to eat. Thankfully, we were able to use our Gourmet Society card for a discount, but it would have been disappointing otherwise. Unfortunately, we were in and out in just an hour. This was only our second visit to the restaurant, so we hope this won't be our experience again."
