The guy on the phone boasted about having more 'extras ' where that came from and suggested settling the score behind the bins. Classy move, City Kebab – turning complaints into back-alley brawls. If you 're seeking a dining experience with a side of fisticuffs, this is the place. Just be prepared to fight for your right to a decent meal, preferably far from the bins. Bon appétit."

"Since new owners have taken over, the chips and chicken at this restaurant in Gillingham are likely the best around. The portion sizes can be a bit inconsistent, with medium chips and large chips being almost the same. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place."

"Must admit I am fairly disappointed by the service we received yesterday. I have been here plenty times before but after yesterdays debacle I don’t think I will return. As it was a warm day, we sat outside and went in to order our breakfast. A cappuccino, a hot chocolate, a coke, 2 pancakes with bacon, and an eggs Benedict and paid when ordering (big mistake) We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, at this point I informed the girl at the counter that we had been waiting a while. She told us that it would just be coming. We waited another 10 minutes before she brought out the wrong drinks. The food then came a few minutes later, which in itself I cannot fault. The food was tasty. Another 5 minutes pass and the waitress brings out the hot chocolate, less cream and marshmallows, which we had paid for, and informed the waitress of. I asked at this point for a copy of the receipt, which never arrived even though we sat there for another 15 minutes finishing our drinks. Unfortunately this poor service was a huge let down on the delis part. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10"

"Look, the food is good enough for takeaway standards, fine even. The problem is that even though I click Contact Free delivery and leave a note for contact free instructions.... the delivery driver ignores these requests! Once they ring that they have arrived, they demand that I come outside to pick up my delivery, then get pissy if I remind them to leave it on the doorstep. We 're currently in a pandemic, Pizza R Us clearly don 't care though, because their delivery driver treats social distancing like it 's a joke. He just wants to follow work protocol and move onto the next stop. There 's no way I 'm getting delivery service again from this place, if their delivery driver is going to continue to have this kind of unprofessional arrogant behavior. I advise Pizza R Us to retrain him, because he does NOT respect public health during the coronavirus. I also hope that the delivery driver doesn 't snub my criticism in this review, waving it off as over-dramatic to clear his conscience, because he 's a grown man, and should learn to be an adult. Don 't enjoy your job? Work somewhere else! Don 't take out your misery on innocent customers simply wanting a pizza in quarantine, yeesh."

"for fish sauce and a single fish. both fish were burned. batter was so hard that we could not get through our forks to get to the fish. the fish was dry and hard. chips were scratched at the end of the night like the left overs. not a real chip! very disappointed by the quality of the food. felt like we had robbed. will not be back. I would give them zero stars if I could!"
