"The chips are incredible—definitely the best I've ever had! They’re beautifully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. As for the burger, wow! The only reason I’m giving four stars is that I asked for sauce and my chips ended up soaked in it, like they were drowning! I’m always on the lookout for extra sauce. Other than that, it was truly out of this world."

"After looking forward to this meal all day as an alternative to a hospital meal (been in St Mary’s next door for weeks), I was disappointed with what was delivered. The Fantasia Special looked nothing like the website images and actually whilst this element...was tasty with the mushroom sauce topping, it is described online as grilled chicken breast topped with creamy mushrooms. However the chicken was not a nice fat looking chicken breast and was more like chicken that had been butterflied as was thin and flat with just a long shape. The rice which was served in separate container was like a rice I’d get from a Chinese takeaway and some overcooked and clumped together. The side dish Of veg that I paid extra for was again in a separate container and was like the cheapest canned vegetable mix you’d buy in a supermarket and was not great at all, I’d certainly be kicking off hugely if I was dining in and that turned up on my plate. I was expecting some fresh brocolli and greens perhaps but this was just a joke. Real shame of a meal after a day of looking forward to eating this based on lovely looking web images which appear to be totally false."

"Since new owners have taken over, the chips and chicken at this restaurant in Gillingham are likely the best around. The portion sizes can be a bit inconsistent, with medium chips and large chips being almost the same. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place."

"A massive shame that I 'm having to give this place a 1 star review. Today was the fifth time I 've visited Antonio 's and every previous time the staff have been lovely, a little bit slow, but very polite and the food has been brilliant. However, today I went as I always eat here when visiting Falkirk and I was shown a table. The restaurant was quite busy but not overly busy and there was 3 waitresses for maybe 15 tables. We were given a menu and after about 10 minutes we were actively looking around for someone to take our order. The young girl who had showed us to our table kept passing us but was too busy cleaning other tables around us and just ignored us. She spent ten full minutes cleaning two small tables of maybe 2 cups and plates per one. After waiting for 25 minutes I got up and went to the till asking if I could just order here and was told rudely 'to sit down and wait as she 'll be two minutes '. I just walked out after that interaction and I sadly will not be returning. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Really tasty pizzas , on any crust you'd like. Stuffed one it's the best and the cheese inside of it just melts inside your mouth. I've only eaten take away from them so I don't know about the staff , but the guy from just eat was kind and professional! "We ordered a kebab, pizza and some garlic bread from this restaurant. When the food arrived it was barely luke warm, the pizza barely had any cheese, toppings, plenty of tomato base! The naan bread on the kebab was undercooked and soggy, actually inedible. the garlic bread was chewy, we ended up throwing the lot away and ordering something else. I then complainted to the restaurant via email twice, no response, then I received a response asking for feedback on how the did??? Appauling! Poor quality food and poor customer service! will not order from them again."

"We thought we would have a family treat due to this lock down to have a night from cooking. However when we got our pizzas delivered the dough was a bit on the raw side so I rang them up to complain about it. This was the outcome he came to inspect it and was extremely rude to me saying that it wasn't raw etc and actually banned me just for complaining for the first time in my life. I've never been banned for just raising a concern about the food being under cooked. Extremely disappointing and would never recommend this pizza place to anyone and expect to be banned if you do actually complain. Totally gutted about my experience with the manager who was extremely rude to be honest with you"
