"We got shown upstairs to reception to wait on our table but then when the time came it transpired that the restaurant didn 't have any record of our booking. The receptionist upstairs had a record though!? Anyway, despite some doubts about a table becoming available, as they were 'very busy ', we got seated not too much later than our original time and everything from then on (service and food) was very good. It was more confusing than anything else, and it wouldn 't stop us from using again. The receptionist did give us complimentary drinks as well, so fair play."
