"After receiving confirmation of our booking, we were surprised to find that the restaurant was not expecting us upon our arrival, which led to a wait while they arranged our seating. Once we were seated, we ordered poppadoms and drinks, which arrived promptly. However, we ended up waiting for over an hour before our main order was even taken. While the food was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired, and we were quite disappointed overall."
