"This Indian restaurant was a huge disappointment. Despite the positive reviews on Trip Advisor, our experience at Mumbai Restaurant in Swansea was a letdown. The cocktails were tiny, the poppadums were overpriced and only a few chutneys were actually edible. The main courses we ordered, Chicken Pasanda and Handi Chicken, turned out to be the same dish - a buttery chicken curry that lacked the distinct flavor of a Pasanda. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were met with excuses and no offer to rectify the mistake. The food was mediocre at best and we were even charged for the incorrect meal. The service was lacking and we were treated poorly for simply asking for the correct dish. Overall, our experience at Mumbai Restaurant was disappointing and we will not be returning. We recommend trying the Indian restaurant in Mumbles instead. The only positive aspect of our visit was the decor of the restaurant."
