"We enjoy dining at this restaurant whenever we are in Horsham. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined yesterday by an extremely rude customer who was disrespectful towards the waitress and even the junior manager. It was evident to the other diners that a group of three ladies and their children had finished all their food and then complained in order to get a free meal. I felt sorry for the staff, as they were just trying to do their job and were subjected to such rude behavior."

"Great food and friendly helpful staff. Called in without a booking it was early so we got a table. I don’t eat cheese so asked for a spicy calzone without cheese it was amazing the Margherita pizza and garlic bread were also great and fresh. I’d recently joined the Prezzo mailing list so got a free bottle of Prosecco. Keep up the good work."
