"Apparently the kitchen closes at 3pm so why do they take bookings for 2.30pm with no prior warning, rubbish communication. And there was a private party booked for the same time a few items on the menu were booked out by this private party. And then, at around 4pm on a Saturday, the sound system was ramped up to a level where no normal conversation could take place. Really disappointed. Somerset House what on earth are you doing??!!"
