"We arrived at the restaurant only to find out that it was closed, as we had made a booking with Me Mi during lockdown. Our reservation was moved to The Booking Office next door, but we received a confirmation from them. When we tried calling the restaurant, we were directed to the hotel where we were told that they would not be opening until next week. Ultimately, our long-awaited evening of catching up was ruined due to OpenTable's mistake."
