"I’m absolutely flabbergasted at what happened at this place today. I’ve eaten there a few times and the last time the food wasn’t that great but today my 3 year old wanted the halloumi and chip pita bread as shown in my picture below. The man in the photo was incredibly rude to my 75 year old mother when she asked before we had ordered what the halloumi fries were, rolling his eyes at her cause she was so stupid! Anyway, he was talking to his friend and we were waiting for our ordered pita outside the middle of the small trailer, there were no other customers waiting but we were obviously annoying him standing there so he shouted at us to move down we took the whole 2 steps to wait at the bottom of the trailer. The food was given to me (pls zoom into the last photo) it had 3 tiny soggy sautéed potatoes In it, two small bits of halloumi and loads of salad, looking nothing like the photo shown below. I said innocently “this is supposed to have fries in it like the photo there” What followed was absolutely disgusting he started shouting and arguing saying why did I choose that for a child if he had known it was for a child he’d have done “horrible fries” I said I didn’t need to tell you who it was for I pointed to that photo and would expect more or less the same as it is shown below not with completely different potato’s and no chips in it at all. He started saying his new potato’s were healthier and not full of rubbish and I wanted rubbish unhealthy food! I said I wanted my money back, he was shouting the whole time “there’s always one like you every 20 months”! He was then shouting at my mum and his friend on the street was telling her not to shout at him obviously it was ok for him to shout at us! I then took a photo of the food and he grabbed my hand and wrist trying to get my phone off of me and he then came running out the trailer and took my photo, he was mad wild and disgusting, first of all to behave like this let alone in front my 3 year old and baby, horrible man that doesn’t deserve to have a successful business please avoid!!!"
