"Awful, simply awful. Have ordered here numerous times and always found the pizzas lovely, however tonight we spent £40 and our two pizzas were severely undercooked. Upon phoning the restaurant and advising them we were told we are liars, the pizzas are “perfect”and “always” are! When I advised we were loyal customers and never had this issue before they simply said they are not going to do anything and if we don’t like it “don’t order from them” in future. The one bad food experience wouldn’t have put us off, but the customer service was bad enough to put me off EVER ordering from here again."
