"We arrived at an empty restaurant and were still asked, “Do you have a reservation?” Really? Yes, we did have a reservation. The atmosphere was lacking, and the staff seemed uninterested in engaging with us. There was no warmth or smiles, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We had to struggle to get their attention for anything we needed, despite sitting right in front of them. The place wasn’t busy at all, yet the staff's attitude made our evening less enjoyable. This experience has made me hesitant to return."
