"Bedford and Strand is a hidden gem. You'd never realise it was there, until someone in the know takes you. It's well-located, at the foot of Covent Garden, close to the theatres in the Strand and Charing Cross station. It's lively (positively noisy at times), with interesting food: good choices between bar snacks and full meals, and a nice winelist."
