"Booked for NYE. When we turned up we were told there was no beef only chicken. At 8:30 on NYE you are stuck with nowhere else to go ! It’s very bad to have run out of the main product your business is basically promoting. Bad forecasting and management. Also 2 of the starters were also not available and gin served in a wine glass ??? Food is ok, but I do think we should have been given at least a discount or free drink due to the lack of Beef !! The whole pay before you eat at the bar cheapens the experience and makes it similar to eating at a Burger King now, plus staff can no longer receive tips. Was a great place when it opened but standards have really slipped sadly. Come on guys pull your socks up !!!! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"The food at this restaurant is incredible and our favorite server from the entire world is Fabio. We adore him because he always goes above and beyond to make our dining experience special. All of my friends come to this restaurant because the food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is Fabio's ability to pleasantly surprise us each time. "This has seriously been the worst service I've received in years .i was greeted by a young girl whom hadn't a clue what was going on .she wasnt able to allocate us a seat so we just sat at the nearest table .we ordered a bottle of wine and she promptly took payment .lots of tables with no drinks on .people walking out as waiting too long .4 staff all milling around doing nothing .waited 20 mins for our drinks so decided to go to the bar and ask “.yes they will be with you shortly “ 10 minutes later they arrived so half an hours wait for a bottle of wine .abs ridiculous .there is abs NO customer service .the only quick service was when they took payment!!!! Its being run by collage kids but it needs someone in there to organise the staff .such a shame as the decor is lovely but customer service has to come first .always greet and acknowledge your customers .very important ."
