"We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food at this restaurant, but the extremely slow service took away from our experience. It seemed like they may have been understaffed, but some of the staff members did not seem very attentive to our needs, leaving us feeling ignored. Despite this, I would consider giving them another chance if this experience was not the norm. Our group of six ordered champagne, which was not served at the right temperature and cost £100. Additionally, our other drinks that were supposed to accompany our meals were forgotten and we had to remind the staff. Overall, it was disappointing."
