"Our experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. Despite making a reservation, there was no table ready for us upon arrival. We faced rudeness from other customers waiting for a table, as we were seated instead of them without any explanation from the staff. Despite ordering promptly, our drinks never arrived and we were told 20 minutes later that our order was lost. After reordering, our food did not come promptly as promised, with one starter missing and mains arriving an hour and twenty minutes late. We received no apologies, complimentary drinks, or reduction in our bill for the inconvenience. The frustration, disbelief, and hunger pains made it impossible for us to enjoy the evening, especially since it was a friend's birthday celebration."
