"We were staying in the Newton Hall Garden Rooms and had a voucher for the dinner, bed breakfast. The food in the Joiners Arms was delicious, fresh and piping hot. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our starters or mains and both were absolutely delicious. We had seen pictures online so when we realised they weren’t on the residents fixed menu they were happy to accommodate our request to pay towards the additional for what we wanted. I had fish (huge! and chips and my partner had the sirloin steak. Breakfast this morning was wonderful.. would recommend the full english and the eggs Benedict (with salmon … AMAZING! We also recommend the local beer (lamdbier and I had a gorgeous pina colada, so fresh!!! Lovely cosy pub with welcoming staff. Thank you x x x"
