"I went to this restaurant and ordered two 6-inch subs. The food was good, but it smelled suspicious. I noticed a lot of cross-contamination with the ingredients and the kitchen seemed unhygienic. The staff used dirty gloves to handle the food and ovens, resulting in dirt all over the handles. The place also had a strong moldy smell. Additionally, the staff did not listen to my requests when customizing my sandwich, such as the amount of sauce or chili."

"I visited Subway today at 9:28 PM, just two minutes before they closed. I mistakenly thought they closed at 10 o'clock. I was served by Luke, who was friendly and accommodating even though it was close to closing time. Luke provided excellent customer service with a smile and professionalism. He did not rush us at all. I believe Luke deserves recognition for his exceptional service. Unlike other establishments that hurry customers out as closing time approaches, Luke made us feel welcome. Thank you, Luke! I will definitely be returning. Additionally, the food was delicious."
