"The restaurant does not offer table service, requiring customers to download an app where the menu does not match the paper menu. Many items were not available, and the payment system was unreliable, resulting in having to order at the counter. Despite being told that mac and cheese was unavailable, a friend was able to order it through the app. Overall, the service was disorganized and the food was average, arriving suspiciously quickly as if it had been reheated. Will not be returning."

Rang a couple of times for them to tell me my food was on its way and when I rang AGAIN the last call they said we are prepping your order! "What can I say? If you're looking for a fantastic brunch spot with great value, this is the place to be! While there are some additional charges for certain menu items or to go “premium,” the quality of the food and drinks is totally worth it. The extras really enhance the experience, making it one of the best dining outings I’ve had. The staff is absolutely fantastic and very attentive to guests' needs. "Would not recommend. Tried here for lunch while through visiting Stirling for the day, and was bitterly disappointed. The food was severely overpriced for its low quality. Ordered a portion of chicken tender and fried which were over cooked and really unpleasant. Paid £1.50 for a dip that never arrived despite requesting it again after it was initially not brought with the rest of the order. I’m not usually one for leaving reviews especially when they are this negative but I would feel really bad if a large family were to visit and waste their money as the meal wasn’t cheap. The atmosphere wasn’t great either and we were sat at a tiny table which would normally would have been fine had it not been for the additional menus and cutlery box etc that left very little room (there were slightly larger tables available that would have been much better as the place was pretty much empty bar another two tables). My partner orderd the ribs which resemble a small microwave meal on a slate style plate that was almost longer than the length of the table but was mostly made up of salad and slaw, not practical epsecially given the size of the table. I would give the food 2/10, service 1/10 and atmosphere 1/10, I recommend going somewhere else"

"Four ladies in their obvious 50’s tried to get in on a friday night fir a drink- before the comment we were not drunk at all- only had one drink somewhere else. The bouncer asked fir ID for which we all laughed then realised he was serious. I happened to have my driving licence which he then scratched to check it was not fake!!! He said it was company policy that everyone had to have ID however one of the group had been there a few weeks before on a Friday at the sane and was allowed in. This is policy gone made! Never felt so humiliated! Will never go there again. The world has gone mad! We were not rude, noisy or drunk. Dont expect to be treated like that at my age!"

"Nice little pub, near the station, with booths, each with its own screen so a sports pub then I suppose.... The top thing is the provision of USB plug sockets all over the place, which I really really like so 5 stars for this from me, this pub (apart from serving some great food and drinks), is or could be a life saver, or just make things that bit easier for folks with last few bars on their phone battery... "My friend and I went for bottomless brunch yesterday afternoon. The food was delicious - I had the chicken burger and my friend had the breakfast. "Turing Tap has long been a favourite of ours. Several ales on tap at moderate prices, and a convenient location, plus food available. Space is generally not hard to find too. The music can be a little too loud for convenient conversation, and I am not sure how famous introvert Alan Turing would feel about this particular tribute The Oxford was at least as good a name but for the main part it simply has what you want from a pub."

"On Friday 18th May we visited this establishment as it was my daughter’s birthday and I wanted to treat her to a celebration meal. As it was a working day we couldn’t meet until after she finished work. Unfortunately due to problems with buses we were a little later than we had anticipated. Our party consisted of my daughter, 10 year old grand daughter a 13 year old son of her sister in law and myself. After perusing the menu we ordered just before 6pm. Even then there were problems as the man behind the bar didn’t know what a Stout was even though it was shown on the Drinks Menu. The food arrived at about 6.30 with an announcement that we had to leave by 7pm (I presume because because of the children) which meant desserts were out of the question. It also meant that complaining about the stone cold French fries was also not viable. This was the first visit for about 4 years when we were driven out by very loud music being more than in the background. The latest visit was in effect giving the premises a second chance. I am most annoyed that had we been advised of the time restriction at the point of ordering, then we would have had an opportunity to go elsewhere."

"On Saturday, May 29, I visited for lunch and was truly impressed by the adherence to COVID-19 regulations, along with the speedy table service. I enjoyed nachos, sweet potatoes, and a delightful coconut cocktail. The food was fresh and delicious. Although I'm not a big sports fan, I brought my book, and I appreciated that there are plenty of tables available where you don't have to sit near a screen if you prefer not to. I believe this place has a fantastic atmosphere, especially when it's busy and there's an event happening, and I would love to come back again!"

"Now, what can I say....love this place my family and I have made it a little a family tradition to go there when we go to brighton. the gentleman who owns it is so friendly and nothing is too much annoyed and the rest of the staff are equally friendly. the quality and presentation of food is undoubtedly excellent. we've never been disappointed over all the years we're going there. it is a must if they are in brighton, just eat nothing before they go in there, make sure that they are very full of it as they do not scrimp on portion sizes either. we had full breakfast waffel and 2 x dessert waffeln. my family member enjoyed the beautiful sunglass, which was given as a beautiful gesture, because there is birthday so friendly and very unexpected.
