"With a long queue outside I thought my booking would mean I wouldn’t have to stand outside in the cold. But apparently not. Bookings mean nothing here and you still have to queue outside for 45 minutes with people who didn’t bother booking. A stupid system! When asking the manager why why booking didn’t actually mean anything I was told I could just cancel there on the spot. There really is no customer service or value of the customers. As long as they’re busy and have someone paying on each table they don’t care. The server was also furious when we didn’t want to pay the service charge. Considering there was no service provided I don’t think that should be a problem. Only go if you’re willing to stand outside for 45 minutes even with a booking."
