After spending a week at Findhorn enjoying vegetarian cuisine, perhaps our senses were heightened, but I could truly taste each individual spice in the dishes. I can honestly say that my main course was one of the best meals I've ever had anywhere in the world. Now that we are back home in Australia, I've recommended this restaurant to my sister-in-law, who lives in Portugal and will be visiting Inverness next week. She has already made a reservation for dinner there, and I'm confident it will meet my high expectations."
