"We had our wedding in the private upstairs function area this weekend and, after my choice of partner, having the event at Carousel was one of the strongest decisions of the day! We didn't have a tasting but were totally safe in our trust of the chefs: the food was incredible so many of our guests said it was the best food they have had at a wedding. At every stage, the team were super flexible in allowing us to bring our personal touches which meant the day felt truly unique and not restricted to cookie cutter programmes. When we had last minute changes they were so helpful. Abi was our designated event coordinator and we could not have been in more professional yet personable and friendly hands. Huge shout out to her and her team for putting us at ease so we could purely focus on our guests and having the best time!"
