"I ordered goat head (isi ewu) from 280 degrees restaurant today and specifically asked that it should be properly done as the last time I ordered it had been mostly bones. I turned up to pick up my order and about 10 minutes away from...the restaurant, I opened the dish to start eating and to my surprise the goat heat was cut in gigantic pieces instead of bite size as is the standard. I called the restaurant to complain and ask if they would rectify the order or failing that process a refund. The response I received was full of lies, customer blaming and outright refusal to do anything for a customer as soon as they have collected your money. Apparently, they do not accept any complaints as soon as you leave their restaurant with your order. WATCH OUT these people have no scruples, they will sell you something different from what you ordered and pull out this alien policy when you complain. I called the police and have been advised to submit a complaint to trading standards which I’ll process tomorrow. I’m doing all this to ensure that they improve their customer service which is non existent now and for them to realise that they are doing business in a country with va standard and consumers are guaranteed value for money paid for services."
