"Four of us went to this restaurant for lunch. We started with coffee, which was extremely hot and almost undrinkable. This was a basic mistake. When we ordered lunch, I requested the Tuna salad, only to be informed after 15 minutes that it was not available. It would have been more efficient if the waitress had mentioned this before we ordered. I ended up getting a chicken Caesar salad instead, but it was lacking in chicken and had a strange taste. It was probably the worst Caesar salad I've had in a long time. When we ordered desserts, we were told that there were no Cannolis available. I settled for an Affogato, which was also disappointing. Overall, Carluccio's is usually a reliable choice, but on this occasion, we experienced higher prices and a decrease in quality and service."
