"We were really looking forward to this meal on a Saturday evening. The lady that welcomed us was fine. The person who served us wasn’t as much. We tried to order 4 different things to be told none were available. Asked for chicken wings was told no but had wings on our gym junkie meal? Food took ages to come out we had to ask for it, when I looked there was 15 plates waiting to come out the kitchen. A couple on the table by us walked out after waiting so long, we were close to following if one of the other members of staff hadn’t said it would be 5 minutes. The only toilet available was 1 disabled toilet downstairs, we were told by our original server she would get us when it was empty, she never did. The food when it came out was okay the Mac and Cheese was nothing like what I’ve seen on Instagram may we because it has been under a lamp for so long. The food was okay, I don’t blame the kitchen as the food was coming out but no one was bringing it to the tables. It’s a shame the visit was so disappointing as he were really looking forward to it, but the service wasn’t great and put us off."
