"I’m rating this at 2 because even if the food was indeed delicious, the experience was not good. Upon arrival, we were told that only the All Day Dining menu was available. This was not at all communicated upon booking. Mind you, this all day dining menu only had burgers and 2 unappealing pasta dishes. This should have been made obvious up front during booking The man seated next to us felt the same — and even said the same. When he complained, magically the other menu became available and suddenly we were able to order things we weren’t able to order. The impression it gave me was that they were just lazy to prepare or cook the complicated dishes and only upon complaint was it made available. The food was indeed good but I don’t think I’m coming back because the experience wasn’t good with the price commanded. The look and feel of it was also a bit sub par — unlike the Instagram or google photos, the backyard wasn’t decorated, there were no table cloths, etc I understand times are hard due to covid, but if you choose to operate with a degraded experience, it hurts the restaurant even more."
