"Not very good experience. Waited ages for the mains and desserts . Hardly any selection of wines, all out of stock. The steak looked like something that goes in a baguette rather than a steak meal . My Eaton mess that accompanied the lemon pie consisted of 2 raspberries and no meringue or cream! All out of stock . Felt sorry for the waitresses that were dealing with all the complaints. I could understand waiting for a a meal if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t. The whole meal took 2 and half hours! The manager was very apologetic and understanding , I think everyone who was in the restaurant put a complaint in, as they had the same problems. On the positive side , the breakfast in the morning was lovely and great selection, and great service."
